  Randy Pim- Executive Director 

Randy served for 3 years as Associate Director and became Executive Director at Allendale in November of 2007.  Prior to that he led the ministry of Lake Springfield Christian Camp in Springfield, Illinois for 16 years.  His responsibilities include public relations, fundraising, programming and long range planning. He also works directly with our camp board. Randy serves with National Camp Leaders Conference and leads the "New Camp Workers" track at that conference.  Randy and his wife Nancy, have been married for over 30 years.  They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.  Randy's hobbies include fishing and golf.

  Bob Carver-Marketing Director
 After serving as Director at Allendale for almost 21 years, Bob retired from that position becoming the camp's Marketing Director.  Bob has over 33 years of the camping ministry experience.  He serves on the National Camp Leader’s Conference Advisory Board, and oversees all 8 educational tracks of that conference as well.  Bob has been with Allendale since 1987.  Bob’s hobbies include disc golf, music, golf and photography. He and his wife Charm have been married for 45 years.  They have two children and six grandchildren.

  Steve Burkett, Operations Manager
 Steve came to us from Virginia with a history of Christian camping where he served as camp manager at Camp Rudolph.  He joined the staff at Allendale in 2000.  He oversees the daily operations which include all of the maintenance, grounds and housekeeping.  Steve is married and has four children. His hobbies include basketball, backpacking the Appalachian trail and  woodworking.

  Nancy Pim - Business Manager
 Nancy came with Randy to serve in a newly created business manager position.  She took over the position held by our financial manager.  She oversees finances as well as assists in the office.  Randy and Nancy have three daughters, three sons-in-law, a granddaughter and 2 grandsons!  Her hobbies include gardening, sewing and water skiing.

  Jennifer Hicks, Office Manager
 Jennifer is the one who runs the office....whew....that is a task!  She schedules retreats and oversees summer camp registration.  Want to book a retreat?  E-mail her!  She has been with Allendale since 2000.  Jennifer and her husband Ken have three children.  Jennifer’s hobbies include gardening and baseball.

  Mike Proctor, Maintenance Manager
 Mike comes from Illinois....and began working at the beginning of 2002.  He directly oversees the maintenance and grounds department.  He and his wife Meredith, have three daughters.  His hobbies include riding around camp on a golf cart with his family and anything that has to do with pizza.

  Robin Hinton, Food Service Manager
What a wonderful asset we have at Allendale with Robin as our Food Service Manager.  In addition to preparing wonderful meals, Robin keeps the kitchen running smoothly thanks to her background in catering.  Robin is the daughter of Bob & Charm Carver and she is married with four children. Her hobbies include disc golf, photography and music.
