Randy Pim, Executive Director
Randy became the Executive Director at Allendale in November of 2007. Prior to that he was Camp Manager at Lake Springfield Christian Camp in Springfield Illinois for 16 years. His responsibilities include public relations, fundraising, programming, and long-range planning. He also works directly with our camp board. Randy serves with the National Camp Leaders Conference and leads the “New Camp Workers” track at that conference. Randy and his wife, Nancy have been married for 34 years. They have three children and 8 grandchildren. Randy’s hobbies include fishing and golf.
Nancy Pim, Book Keeping
Nancy came with Randy to serve at Allendale. She oversees all our finances, manages our database, assists in registration, works in landscaping, and helps in many other areas of our ministry. Her hobbies include gardening, sewing and water skiing.
Debby Hanze, Guest Services Coordinator
Debby joined the Allendale staff in January 2017. She is the office point person. She schedules retreats and oversees the entire summer camper registration. For 23 years she was a Minister’s wife at Hope Christian Church in Cleveland, Ohio. She has 3 grown daughters, matched up to 3 wonderful son in laws, and eleven grandchildren.
Sam Willard, Program Manager
Sam joined our staff in January of 2011. Prior to coming to Allendale he was the Children’s Minister at Cornerstone Christian in Brownsburg for 7 years. Sam enjoys outdoor sports including hunting, trapping and other outdoor adventures. Sam and Jennifer have two children. Sam will serve as our Program Manager overseeing all of the camps summer programs as well as a wide variety of other responsibilities.
Steve Burkett, Project Manager
Steve joined the Allendale staff in 2000 coming to us from Camp Rudolph in Virginia, where he served as Camp Manager. He oversees a wide variety of construction projects at Allendale. Steve and his wife Angie, have four children. He is involved with ICYC and his hobbies include basketball, backpacking the Appalachian Trail, and mission trips.
Mike Proctor, Maintenance Manager
Mike joined the Allendale staff in 2002. He directly oversees the entire camp facility. He and his wife, Meredith, have three daughters. His hobbies include riding around the camp on a golf cart with his family and anything that has to do with pizza.
Paul Burton, Facility Coordinator
Paul moved to Allendale in 2013 from Joplin, MO where he worked in a local cabinet shop and was a Resident Director at Ozark Christian College. Hobbies include: Camping, motorcycle riding, traveling, building custom furniture, music/worship leading.
Linda Rice, Food Service Manager
Linda began work at Allendale in May of 2010. She oversees all our food service operations and transportation of food to various facilities. Linda is married to John and they have one son. Her hobbies include reading, walking, motorcycling and outdoor cooking.
